Dear Member,
This is inform you that beginning from Friday the 11th December 2009, all applications for grant of Indian Visa for Business, Conference, Tourism, Employment, Studies, Transit, Entry, Journalism, Medical, Transfer of Long term Visa, are being accepted only at the India Visa Application Centres. Indian Embassy has authorized VFS Global to run three such centres; two in Belgium (Brussels and Antwerp) & one in Luxembourg.
AIA, in its true community spirit and to continue to serve its members as also our Belgian neighbours, has entered into a contract with VFS to operate the Antwerp India Visa Application Centre at the AIA office. This centre will serve the Visa applicants of Antwerp region and operate as follows:
Submission of “Normal Visa application”
0830 – 1330 Hrs
Monday to Friday, except on Embassy holidays
Collection of “Normal visa”
1000 - 1200 hrs Tuesday
1100 - 1200 hrs Thursday

With a view to avoid rush and provide uninterrupted service to the AIA members, office hours between14.30 till 17.30 everyday from 16.03.10 have exclusively been reserved for the AIA members. All AIA related matters (such as membership renewal, new membership, various activities, information etc.) and Embassy related work (OCI application, PIO card, renewal of Indian passport, application for new Indian passport etc.) may please be conducted during this time.
